Q:Can we use our design to make your product? What is the MOQ per design?
A:Yes, we could make any of your design,MOQ for product is 1000 pcs per design, MOA $5000.But if you choose more designs, then we can discuss about that.
Q:How are the orders shipped?
A:By sea. We arrange cargo to port of departure or port of destination (Shipment/ freight to be paid by the buyer)
Q:What is your payment term?
A:Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery or LC at sight
Q:How long will it take to produce an order?
A:Normal delivery time is : 35-45 days.
Q:Are the samples free or not?
A:If making for our regular customers ,which are free. But for new clients, it only less than 3 pcs , we are also pleasured to offer free samples to you.
